Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assisting with employee record management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
Participating in employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining HR files and documents.
Requirement
Students or freshgraduates from management, psychology, or related fields.
Have a strong interest and understanding of administration and human resources development.
Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
Possess good organizational and time management skills to complete tasks within specified deadlines.
Committed to learning and developing administrative and human resources skills.
Willing to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with high demands.
Reside in Denpasar, Bali.
