Position Summary:
The Human Capital Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and Colleagues, supporting the execution of human resources initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on Colleague relations, talent management, and HR program implementation while developing skills in workforce planning and organizational development. The HCBP works closely with senior HR team members to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance Colleague engagement, performance, and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs, provide guidance on Colleague relations matters, and support the implementation of talent strategies that drive business results.
Coordinate and execute core HR processes including performance management cycles, compensation planning, succession planning activities, and Colleague development programs across assigned business units.
Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, and contribute insights that inform talent management decisions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Colleagues and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, conducting investigations when necessary and ensuring consistent application of company guidelines.
Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring efforts, and special projects by facilitating communication, providing training, and helping stakeholders navigate transitions effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions such as Colleague relations, talent management, or HRIS systems.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and navigate complex Colleague situations with sound judgment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for site visits, training sessions, or company meetings as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
Professional HR certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional), or progress toward such certification.
Experience with HR analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or advanced Excel skills for workforce planning and reporting.
Prior experience working in a business partner model or supporting multiple business units in a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of, or prior experience supporting, OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer), Ventures, and Tax services business lines from a Human Capital perspective is a plus.

Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, analyzing data on computer screens, and reviewing detailed reports.
Compensation Range:
$110,000-125,000
