Job Description

This role seeks to support the Human Capital function with HC analytics and administration that will improve staff productivity and manage staff costs and support in delivery of the overall HC strategy in the business.

Culture and Change Management

• Support in the Implementation the culture strategy.
• Support in the co-ordination employee engagement interventions in line with business strategy and survey feedback.

Talent Management:

• Support in the Implementation the talent management strategy

  Timely recruitment process.

  Record keeping.

• Support in the Implementation performance management mechanisms.

Learning & Development:

• Support in the Implementation the learning plan.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Support drive Employee Value proposition to ensure that we attract and retain key talent:

  Ensuring all medical issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  Uphold leave management initiatives.

• Support in the implementation of the recognition program.

HC analytics and Reporting:

• Ensure the HC system, WD data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Support in tracking leave plans within teams.
• Support in monthly HC reporting and Ad Hoc reports.
• Support in creation of employees in CRM.

Risk Management:

• Support in tracking HC Risks.
• Support in implementation of Audit advisory to HC.
• Support in upholding HC policies & practices.
• Support in compliance of Expatriates in Work permit and Alien registrations.
