What is the role?
The Project Coordinator role is a mid-level position that feeds directly into the Project Manager role at Clevyr. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll first learn how the Clevyr project teams work together to create software solutions and help make the lives of our clients and their end-users better.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, implementation, and delivery of active projects
- Track project deliverables and due dates
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete project documentation
- Support daily activities of Project Managers
- Handle day-to-day project level client communication
- Manage the processing of project-related internal and client-facing document filing/sending
- Perform data entry and word processing as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Technical Skills
- Google Suite (G-mail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, etc.) proficiency
- Jira/Confluence familiarity
- Strong Technical Adaptability
- HubSpot Experience
- Advanced Spreadsheets Capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, Formulas in Cells)
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to make strong, strategic decisions quickly and communicate decisions to team members and client stakeholders with clarity
- Ability to track tasks and action items over long periods of time and follow up with relevant parties for completion status
- Communication and organization skills, with the experience of multi-tasking and juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail, but can also see the big picture and take long-term goals into account when making short-term action items
- Track record of being detail-oriented, having the ability to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Minimum Physical, Mental, and Environmental Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, employees are routinely required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Employees are regularly required to move around the home or company offices to attend business meetings and other company gatherings.
- Ability to audibly communicate within an office environment and to utilize text-based communication via business devices.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus onto computer screens for extended periods of time.
- Cognitive workplace responsibilities may require intense concentration, personal and professional patience, and rapid recall of technical knowledge.
- The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move items and equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
Salary
- Up to $65,000, dependent upon experience.
