Everything To Gain is searching for a HubSpot & AI Developer who combines proficiency in the HubSpot platform with a passion for artificial intelligence. In this hybrid role, you will not only customize and optimize HubSpot functionalities but also integrate AI solutions to enhance and automate workflows. Your technical expertise will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and improving customer engagement through innovative AI applications.
Responsibilities- Develop and customize HubSpot modules, workflows, and sequences.
- Integrate AI and MCP with HubSpot to automate processes and enhance workstreams.
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights and strategies that will maximize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and the achievement of business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in both HubSpot features and AI technologies to keep our systems at the forefront.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or in a similar role, with a strong familiarity with HubSpot's CRM and sales tools.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Make.com or n8n.
- Experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or data analytics.
- Ability to develop APIs for integrating HubSpot with AI tools and other platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
