Supports medical screening, procurement, business continuity, equipment verification, Estidama compliance, authority liaison, and corrective actions. Authorized to stop unsafe work until adequate rectification is completed.

- Perform QHSES incidents investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learnt;
- Implement and maintain QHSES disciplinary actions procedures & QHSES incentives schemes;
- Implement and maintain emergency preparedness & response programmes;
- Implement and maintain fire safety inspection & governance programmes;
- Implement and maintain first aid and medical/health coverage requirements;
- Provide necessary support to HR & Administration in pre and post-employment medical screening programme;
- Maintain liaising with local authorities on relevant trainings & drills (e.g. civil defense, Jahizya trainings etc)
- Maintain equipment calibration, testing and verification (internal and external/3rd party);
- Support public health programmes (e.g. waste management, pest control, sanitization etc)
- Implement and maintain QHSES reports and recordkeeping, dashboards and ERPs;
- Implement and maintain QHSES KPIs and SLAs; including benchmarking and continual improvement programmes and plans;
- Support to Supply Chain in QHSES aspects of procurement process;
- Enforce PPE standards across the board;
- Implement and maintain Estidama compliance programmes where and as applicable;
- Support in business continuity plan where and as applicable;
- Research & development within scope of work where and as applicable;
- Stop work in case of unsafe act/condition, allow work to resume only after adequate rectifications;
- Other duties and responsibilities when requested by HSE Supervisor/QHSES Manager/HOD QHSES;
