In this role you will be responsible for QHSE, in the Nordics Service Organisation.
Reporting to the HUB manager, you will responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation. This role involves leading audits, managing risk assessments, and fostering a robust safety culture within the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement QSHE Systems: Create and maintain QSHE policies and procedures, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Audit and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits, coordinate with departments to ensure compliance, and address audit findings with corrective actions.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
- Training and Development: Provide QSHE training to employees, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor QSHE performance metrics, report to senior management, and recommend improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on QSHE matters, ensuring their expectations are met.

Proven experience in QSHE management, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as industrial automation, oil & gas, or power generation.

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001).

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to conduct audits and manage compliance.

Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications in QSHE management.
