Job Description: HSE Executive

• HSE

• Capture HSE / GRI data, analyze and submit reports;

• Coordinating with physiotherapist to address requests & trainings related to ergonomics; perform the requisite Pre / Post Employment medical checks for contractual staff;

•  Schedule and conduct trainings for employees on HSE

• Collation and analysis of HSE / GRI data; Ensure timely submission / updation of EIA / PCB documents to concerned authorities; 

• Co-ordinate with consultants and other stake holders for collation of project related data; Follow up with concerned Regulatory authorities for necessary approvals;

• Track legal compliance for DCs;  

• Adopt and implement environment friendly practices;

• Ensure testing and monitoring of all HSE parameters as per defined frequency;

• Assist during audits and follow-up for closure of action items;

• Issue work permits 

• Prepare PPT on health and improvement of the initiative on a periodic basis;

• Participate in management review meetings;

• Monitor adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements

• Define the strategy for achievement of objectives and targets on the Business Continuity Management system;

• Review health and improvement of the initiative on a periodic basis;

• Participate in management review meetings;

• Participate in internal and external audits and enable implementation of action items

• Training / Competency Building

• Co-ordinate / Attend / provide training to Associate Facilities and contractual staff in areas such as technical and customer service-related activities; Deploy contractual personnel and regularly monitor services provided

  Competencies and Experience

  Proficiency in HSE and BCMS standards.

  Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.

  8-10 years in related area of operation.

  Masters or Graduate in related field of activity.
