Employment mission:

• Monitor and develop the HSE programs in your field of activity
• Supporting and training the various stakeholders
• Provide technical and legal support in your field of activity
• Ensure legal and technological monitoring
• Be the privileged point of contact of the HSE corporate units for its field of activity

Specific activities / functions: 

MONITORING AND DEVELOPMENT OF HSE PROGRAMMES:

• Develops and implements the corporate HSE programs of his/her field of activity on the site
• Monitors and develops HSE programs
• Participates in and proposes changes to HSE programs by collaborating with the HSE corporate unit
• Initiates and proofreads HSE procedures
• Participates in the development of the site's HSE objectives for its field of activity
• Conducts internal and external audits

SUPPORT AND TRAINING:

• Creates and facilitates training modules
• Passes on his knowledge to HSE managers and technicians
• Provides the supervisor with the technical information necessary to achieve the department's objectives.
• Helps team members maintain HSE programs in their line of business
• Communicates and presents the implemented HSE programs
• Contributes to the development of the HSE spirit and the improvement of results on site.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

• Carries out the legal and technological watch of HSE programs in its field of activity
• Provides technical and legal support for its field of activity
• Performs very detailed analyses in his field of expertise
• Impact of projects on all HSE activities: help the project manager to make decisions related to HSE, enforce the HSE policy in the context of projects...
• Participates in or leads project/working groups
• Responds to requests from the site, and external bodies (CRAM, labour inspectorate, DRIRE, etc.)
• Approves business area-specific documentation, as well as deviation reports, Change Control, and validation documents

• Mastering the standards and HSE regulations in force
• Analyze and diagnose, share proposals for solutions
• Be an agent of change and open to other disciplines
• Be an actor in the QEHS culture and continuous improvement
• Manage or participate in a cross-functional project, know how to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Know internal customers and suppliers, understand their constraints and operation
