Prism Health is the only nonprofit LGBTQIA+ health center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington). Since opening its doors in 2017, Prism Health has become a model for culturally specific care and now serves over 4,000+ patients with a wide range of services, from day-to-day primary care and pharmacy needs to targeted services like gender-affirming care and specialized population health screenings.

Prism Health a program apart of CAP Northwest is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented HRSA Compliance & 340B Program Manager. The HRSA Compliance & 340B Program Manager is a hybrid role that combines HRSA Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) compliance oversight with hands-on management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. The position carries two co-equal mandates: ensuring the organization meets all Health Center Program requirements (annual reporting, policy adherence, quality program coordination) and running day-to-day 340B operations including split-billing administration, inventory reconciliation, and third-party administrator (TPA) management. This role serves as the organization's working subject-matter expert across both domains and is central to protecting federal funding, FQHC look-alike status, and the 340B savings that sustain mission-critical programs for LGBTQ and underserved populations CAP Northwest and Prism Health service in Oregon and SW Washington.

New to 340B? Apply anyway. We know the ideal candidate for this role may come from a compliance, healthcare operations, or analytical background without deep 340B experience — and that's okay. We provide training and support to help you earn your 340B ACE certification and grow into the program's technical side.
