Position: HRIS Specialist
Work Set up: Hybrid - Requires 3 days minimum in office
Job Type: 6 months contract.
Compensation: $25-$28/hr
As the HRSS temporary staff, this role entails providing support to the HRSS Analyst team in managing day-to-day operations across multiple systems, including TMS, ATS, and UKG Pro. Additionally, this position involves contributing to cleanup projects within various areas of these systems.

- Strong Communication Skills: You adeptly analyze and possess a genuine enthusiasm for Human Resources and Talent systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, even for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-Oriented: You demonstrate proficiency in following process documents and exhibit a keen eye for detail when navigating through procedures. You're not hesitant to inquire about the rationale behind processes to gain a thorough understanding of their purpose.
- Service-Oriented: You're personable, systematic, and reliable, effortlessly delivering exceptional support.
- Highly Organized: You're adept at managing multiple competing priorities and possess the necessary tools to effectively plan your time across all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process password and hierarchy changes in the Talent Management System (TMS).
- Run various prebuilt reports.
- Conduct audits for time off administration, the ATS System, etc.
- Administer user account updates for the Text Recruit system as part of ATS.
- Provide leadership with actionable information through Excel and TMS system reports.
- Handle data corrections for UKG Pro (HCM system).
- Follow process documentation to assist in cleanup efforts within various HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
