We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented graduate who is interested in human resources and digital transformation to join our Global Human Resources (HR) Department.
You will:
As an HRIS Support Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Italian HR Director and the Business Operations team during the transition from an internal payroll service managed by our Personnel Administration team to an outsourced provider. This internship will focus on supporting the migration of HR processes and participating in testing activities to ensure a smooth and accurate transition.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to HRIS systems, payroll processes, and project coordination in a global context. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to understand the intersection between HR operations and digital systems while contributing to a critical transformation initiative.

Essential Requirements:
- Degree in humanities or related fields (e.g., psychology, communication, sociology, or similar)
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in HR or exposure to HR processes is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite e.g. Excel PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
