About the positionWe're looking for an HRIS & HR Operations Lead to join our People team for approximately 9 months, covering a maternity leave. This is the person who keeps the engine running: our HR system, our people data, and the day-to-day operations that everyone else quietly depends on. You'll own HiBob end to end and act as the single source of truth for people data across a global organization spanning Israel, the US, Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, etc.. The role sits right at the intersection of technology, data, and operations, and you'll partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to keep everything working, scalable, clean, and compliant.

Responsibilities- Own the HRIS (Bob) end to end, configuration, permissions, and people-data accuracy and act as the single source of truth for people data across the organization
- Ensure people-data governance, quality, and consistency through regular validation and audits
- Keep the HR system secure, integrated, and aligned with Finance and IT systems and standards
- Build and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards
- Manage system flows and processes such as onboarding, termination, and maternity leave
- Own HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR templates, documentation, and employee records
- Manage HR vendors and external partners: GoGlobal, Polyglot,
- Support payroll-related data reviews in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure HR operations align with local labor laws, data privacy requirements, and internal policies, in coordination with Legal
- Support HR initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, systems, and automation
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to keep HR operations and data accurate, compliant, and scalable
- Support market benchmarking analysis, role leveling, compensation band reviews, and annual compensation planning and raise cycles
- Leverage data, analytics, AI tools, and automation to generate insights, improve decision-making, and measure HR impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to the HR team on systems, data, and operations
- 3–6 years of experience in HRIS / people analytics in a global organization
- Advanced proficiency with HiBob system administration and configuration
- Clear ownership of HRIS, people data, and HR operations
- An AI-first mindset, not just as a tool, but as a way of thinking. Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and agentic workflows to reimagine HR processes, eliminate manual work, and create solutions that are smarter, faster, and more human
