In this position, you will serve as a key development and operations support partner to the manager, working collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams across global markets. Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive HR systems support and solutions specifically tailored to the Latin America region, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement of human resources technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration & Solution Development

  • Partner with internal organizational departments to develop comprehensive Workday solutions and processes that deliver exceptional user experiences and optimize operational efficiency.

Workday Configuration & Management

  • Lead cross-functional Workday configuration across multiple modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Advanced Reporting.
  • Support the strategic implementation of upcoming project phases encompassing Benefits Administration, Payroll Systems, and Absence Management.

Technical Expertise & Knowledge Leadership

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM platform, providing guidance and sharing best practices with team members across the organization.
  • Support complex system implementations and integrations with related HR technology platforms.

Problem Resolution & System Optimization

  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Develop sophisticated workflow rules, data validations, and system customizations to enhance functionality.

Compliance & Security Management

  • Ensure all system controls and processes meet rigorous internal and external audit requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain the highest levels of data security and integrity across all HR systems and processes.

Documentation & Training Support

  • Maintain comprehensive change documentation and develop effective training materials for end users.
  • Support the implementation and integration of local payroll systems across multiple jurisdictions.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in HRIS departments or equivalent HR technology roles
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven track record in HR-Payroll system implementations and deployments
  • Platform Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM platform and its various modules
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data management tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Latin American payroll systems and compliance requirements
  • Workday certification in relevant modules
  • Project management experience in HR technology implementations
