We are looking for HRBP to join our people team, be the partner for the GM Romania site and reporting to VP People and Talent, HQ.
What will you do?
- People and Talent: Responsibility for managing the employee life cycle, retain and attract new talents, monitoring and leading key talents plans and people engagement
- Business Partner: Consulting for managers at different levels in change processes, managerial dilemmas and organizational complexities to meet business goals and help maximize inherent potential
- Innovation and Culture; Takes the initiative to develop solutions to changing circumstances, heads off problems, and seeks innovative ways to increase sustainable impact. Can translate organizational hurdles to change programs and implement improvements in a structured manner
- Implement Global HR Processes; Implement people processes (performance, learning, development, C&B), participate in cross-functional initiatives through collaboration with Global HR Team and take an active role in improving processes
Requirements
- Master's degree preferable in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as HRBP for in global technology organizations
- TA experience in Tech industry (roles such as: R&D ,Professional Services, Customer Support
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management, Risk Management, Change Management
- English is a must
- Excellent communication skills, Building Relationships, Self-Development
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients
