An opportunity exists for a HRBP Trainee to join Ramboll APAC HR Team 

  • Location: Singapore​

  • Type: 6 months Contract​

About the role​

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HRBP Trainee to join our Human Resources team in the APAC region. The HRBP Trainee will assist the HR Director and HR Business Partners in delivering strategic HR priorities and driving key HR initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to be trained in strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic and supportive team environment. This is a 6 months contract role, based in Singapore.​

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:​

1. Strategic HR Priorities: ​

  • Assist HRD and HRBPs in the implementation and delivery of strategic HR priorities across the APAC organization.​

  • Support in the alignment of HR strategies with business goals and objectives.​

2. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) ​

  • Driving and executing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) activities across the APAC organization.​

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.​

3. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)​

  • Support HR initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).​

  • Assist in integration planning, and execution of M&A activities.​

4. SharePoint Development​

  • Develop new SharePoint pages and integrate existing ones for APAC regions (Policy, Benefits, Training).​

  • Manage and update content related to policies, benefits, and training programs.​

5. Training Programs: ​

  • Assist in planning and executing training programs for employees.​

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives.​

6. Ad-hoc HR activities​

  • Participate in ad-hoc HR annual activities as required.​

About You:​

  • Min. 1-year relevant experience​

  • Demonstrable interest in human resources and organizational development.​

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.​

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.​

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential and familiarity with Workday is a plus​

  • Experience with SharePoint development and management is highly desirable.​

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.​

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.​
