As a Human Resources Business Partner Sr., you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, bridging the gap between management and employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct investigations related to employee grievances and ensure resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
About YouThe essentials:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and labor law.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Experience with HR technology systems (e.g., HRIS).
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- English advanced skills are compulsory for this role.
