Role Overview:
We are looking at a person to
co-opt on the HR Business Partnering for ITC’s Corporate Division based in
Kolkata.
The role will entail the
following:
· Liaise
with Heads of Departments at the Corporate Division on HR-related issues such
as talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
· Co-anchor
initiatives around business unit restructures and workforce planning
· Anchor
various HR operations initiatives around employee life-cycle
· Collaborate
with stakeholders to ensure the hiring of a diverse and talented workforce.
· Manage
and design Learning and Development interventions to address training needs for
various Corporate departments and functions and their teams. Manage
development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Requirements
Skills Required
- MBA or PGDM from a premier management institute such as XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, or an equivalent reputed institution
