We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Chinese Speaker). It will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational optimization. Drive cross-functional projects, identify and attract key talents, and design succession plans to strengthen workforce capabilities. Collaborate with leadership to develop people strategies, foster positive change, and enhance team performance, ensuring alignment of business objectives with employee growth for sustainable organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in business group.
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
- Recruits personally the key talents for business group.
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Challenges the organizational structure of business group.
- Acts as the member of the HR Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (minimum HSK Level 4 or equivalent professional working proficiency) and in English.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HRBP role or function HR.
- Have experiences in HR management.
- Labor Law Knowledge Skills.
- Strong in Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
- Project Management and Change Management Skills.
- Strong Business Acumen, Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
