About the Role:
As a member of Kustomer’s Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with the VP of People and our soon to be Head of Talent on building an amazing company full of the best people you’ve ever worked with. Focused on hiring for the tech side of our team (Engineering, Product, Security, etc.), you will be a guide, thought partner, and advisor for driving engagement with talent.

- Passion for recruiting and experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment in house or at an agency for engineering or product roles
- You’re creative, and persistent, never giving up as your search for the best teammates for Kustomer
- You’re naturally curious, you ask questions and you don’t shy away from challenges
- You care about the experience and want people to create the best memories when they interact with you and the team you work with
- Experience with Greenhouse a plus
