Senior Manager, Recruiting - Specialty Recruiting
THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our Specialty Recruiting function. This team supports all internal mobility and other specialty recruiting for our teams globally.
This individual will lead a powerhouse team to help Peloton create the best place to work for the world’s best talent. They will develop and enhance processes that will allow us to reach our ambitious headcount goals while sustaining our collaborative, empowering, and member-focused culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams across the organization
- Obsess over creating processes and programs that provide a world-class internal candidate experience
- Partner with D&I Program Management team to ensure an equitable, fair, and inclusive hiring process
- Participate in industry conferences and events to incorporate new, creative talent acquisition strategies
- Provide consultative guidance to business partners on recruitment best practices
- Develop a process that not only attracts but retains talent across the organization
- Act as a culture ambassador for Peloton
- Leverage data and metrics to improve efficiency and process
- Guide, coach, and mentor the Specialty Recruiting team to ensure they have a clear, detailed career path
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, 3+ managing a team
- Experience in international recruiting, and managing complex talent mobility cases
- Compassionate, flexible, and trusting leader
- Experience developing recruiting processes to simplify the stakeholder and candidate experience
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS)
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Approachable business partner who colleagues want to work with
