About the Job

As an Identity & Access Management Consultant, you will be an active team member on cybersecurity consulting engagements. You will work directly with clients to structure, design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across a variety of financial services organizations. You will work as part of a team to create optimized IAM architectures to meet client needs and goals.

What You’ll Get to Do 

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions across a variety of vendors, including Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk to meet the business needs of client companies
• Discuss business cases with clients focusing on IAM requirements and their implications
• Advise clients on all aspects of IAM implementation and ongoing operation
• Analyze applicable regulations as they relate to IAM implementation
• Effectively articulate complex identity related topics and discuss business impacts with clients, positively influencing outcomes
• Develop high-quality technical content such as security automation tools, reference security architectures, and white papers to help our consultants, partners, and customers build on the work you deliver

What You’ll Bring with You 

• 2+ years Identity & Access Management experience
• 2+ years experience in implementation of packaged or custom IAM solutions including: Provisioning on applications and resources, Role-based authentication to entitled applications and resources, Single Sign On (SSO), Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Authorization policy provisioning
• 2+ years of experience in two or more IAM functional areas: Access Management, Identity Lifecycle, Directory Services, Access and Risk Orchestration
• 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following technologies: Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk
• Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm for financial services clients highly desired
• Broad awareness of security engineering concepts and practices across all phases of the system development lifecycle
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and digital identity guidelines to effectively assess security implications of proposed solutions
• The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences on identity-related topics
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in in Computer Science or related field
