What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the scaling and ongoing management of HR services and operational delivery models
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR operational processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Serve as a central owner for HR operations execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a strong employee experience
- Apply strong project management discipline to HR initiatives, bringing structure, timelines, and accountability to workstreams
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, COE leaders, and business stakeholders to design practical, scalable solutions
- Support workforce planning and workforce analytics efforts in partnership with HR and Finance leaders
- Own the end-to-end employee engagement survey process, including administration, communications, reporting, and action planning with leaders
- Contribute to global HR strategy initiatives, including the potential design and implementation of a global HR service center
- Act as a key business partner with a customer-centric mindset, balancing operational rigor with employee and leader experience
- Provide strategic input on HRIS usage, deployment, and long-term roadmap, including evaluation of future system enhancements or replacements
What we look for in you:
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, HR services, or people operations roles
- Strong project management capability, with a proven ability to bring structure and execution discipline to complex initiatives
- Experience designing or scaling HR processes and services in growing or global organizations
- Global HR experience, including exposure to markets outside the US
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative, business-partnering mindset
- Ability to think end-to-end about HR service delivery and employee experience
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, or similar), with a strategic—not purely technical—orientation
- Comfort using data and analytics to inform operational decisions and improvements
- BA/BS required; advanced HR, operations, or project management certifications a plus
