Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt den Sr. HR Manager und sein Team bei allen Aufgaben des operativen Personalmanagements
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung der internen HR-Prozesse mit
- Du unterstützt im Bereich Recruiting, beispielsweise bei der Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen oder bei Rechercheaufgaben
- Die Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Reportings gehört in deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Du unterstützt bei den Vorbereitungen für die Personalabrechnung
- Du arbeitest aktiv an weiteren aktuellen HR-Projekten mit
Wonach wir suchen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (mindestens C1 Niveau) und gutes Englisch (mindestens B2 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Erfahrungen in Human Resources einer globalen Organisation hilfreich
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook und PowerPoint)
- Zahlenaffinität und Genauigkeit
- Lösungsorientierung und Ausdauer
- Verfügbarkeit an 4 Wochentagen (bevorzugt 2x vormittags und 2x nachmittags)
- Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 12 Monate ab Startdatum
