Position Overview:
As an HR Training Specialist Intern at PROJXON, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.

• Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and assessments.

• Help maintain and update training materials and resources.

• Participate in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR training processes.

• 0-5 years of experience in HR, training, or a related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
