【HR】Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Supervise a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, providing daily support and guidance.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various positions, in coordination with hiring managers.
• Actively participate in candidate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring their staffing needs are met.
• Adapt and optimize recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices and trends.
• Manage recruitment data, produce reports for analysis, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in the hiring process.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated proficiency in recruitment processes and team collaboration
• Proficiencies in applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategies
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior recruitment staff
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate evolving recruitment challenges
• Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technological advancements in recruiting
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as PHR, SHRM-CP a plus
