As an HR Support Specialist, you will assist with day-to-day HR activities across the U.S., helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions, including employee support, onboarding, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative HR team while building foundational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Internship or academic exposure to HR, business, or administrative work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR concepts or coursework in HR
- Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
