Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to support daily HR operations and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees and the HR department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities
  • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration through third-party providers, acting as the primary liaison.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
