Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
Společnost Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. je předním dodavatelem plastových dílů pro automobilový průmysl s 80. letou tradicí. Mezi naše největší zákazníky patří např. Škoda, VW, BMW, Audi nebo Mercedes. Ve společnosti od začátku do konce vytváříme inovativní řešení - od návrhu přes konstrukci až po výrobu. Naší snahou je realizovat velké cíle v oblasti automobilového průmyslu i z hlediska kariéry našich zaměstnanců.

Hledáme novou kolegyni/kolegu do personálního týmu, která/ý bude pravou rukou HR manažera společnosti. Budete řešit situace spojené s chodem personálního oddělení z hlediska náboru, administrativy, vzdělávání a komunikace se zaměstnanci. Denním chlebem pro Vás budou personální systémy, zodpovědnost za udržování personálních dat, reporting, vystavování dokumentů a řešení různých požadavků zaměstnanců. Budete mít možnost nahlédnout do všech personálních procesů velké nadnárodní společnosti a realizovat se ve svěřených oblastech.
Co od vhodného uchazeče očekáváme?
- SŠ vzdělání
- anglický jazyk min. B1
- praxi na pozici na personálním oddělení výhodou nikoliv podmínkou
- pečlivost, schopnost efektivní komunikace se zaměstnanci a manažery společnosti
- samostatnou práci a výbornou organizaci svěřených úkolů
- dobrou znalost práce v MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
- pozice je vhodná pro absolventy
Výhodou bude, pokud budete umět
- pracovat se systémem HR SAP, PowerKey, WorkDay
