- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and seamless execution across multiple regions
- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and employee relations
- Oversee office administration and facilities, including supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Support the planning and execution of employee benefits programs, contributing to the delivery of annual initiatives
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, and participate in recruitment and cross-functional HR projects as needed
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and processes
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
Plus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with NUEiP or similar HRMS platforms
- Background in event planning or vendor management
- Exposure to regional or multi-country HR operations
