Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Delta Hoofddorp, NL office. Some of the main responsibilities are listed as below:
- Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Collect and organize data to support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests.
- This is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available) and maternity leave cover.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding and experience of HR best practices.
- Fluency in English is required
