What you will do
Act as the primary contact for recruitment, managers, and employees to resolve HR requests from initiation to closure.
Provide proactive advice to managers on HR policies, system usage, and annual events like salary reviews.
Use HR and Payroll systems, including Workday, to manage data changes and resolve technical inquiries.
Deliver high-quality customer service by meeting response timelines and ensuring a smooth employee journey.
Monitor the quality of HR transactions and track performance metrics to maintain high service standards.
Suggest innovative technology solutions and process improvements based on customer feedback.
Support site-specific projects and provide mentorship to the wider team on core HR processes.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Administration (WFA) or Payroll.
Previous experience in an HR role, specifically with ticket management and employee relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).
Strong understanding of corporate strategy and how business units contribute to company success.
Excellent customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up.
Proven ability to improve processes with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset.
