Provide end-to-end HR administration support for Poland and the UK, including employee lifecycle management, HR data accuracy, payroll validation, compliance, employee case escalation, documentation, audits, and process improvement. Partner with payroll teams, HR business partners, centers of excellence, and vendors while supporting coordination and high-quality employee service.

The HR Administrator is a key member of the HR Services Global Operations team, providing expert HR administration support for Poland & UK.

This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex employee lifecycle, payroll, and time & attendance topics, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Polish and UK labor regulations, and a high-quality employee experience. The role also contributes to team coordination, coaching, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, COEs, and external vendors.

This role is well suited for candidates at the beginning of their professional journey or individuals with up to 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR administrative activities for Poland & UK, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely employee data management in HR systems in line with internal policies and Polish & UK legal requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Poland & UK-specific HR processes, documentation, and contractual administration.
  • Manage complex employee cases and serve as escalation point for HR Services Administrators.
  • Partner closely with Payroll teams and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for Poland & UK.
  • Validate payroll inputs such as employee data changes, allowances, bonuses, absences, and corrections.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Polish & UK labor law, applicable collective agreements, internal policies, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR/HRS
  • Proficiency in English and Polish language
