Introduction to the job
In this role you are an intermediate link between expertise departments and people operations front office and back-office teams. You are participating in projects to make sure that we can measure our deployments outcomes and sustain our insights. Therefore, you are keen in improving your own knowledge and sharing that in the People operations teams.
You actively and constantly seek for and deploy efficient ways of working in how to decrease the inflow of reporting cases within People Operations EU and improve the customer experience.
Role and responsibilities
Your role is to solve reporting request and support high quality reporting solutions. You’ll have knowledge of the system SNOW, Workday, Power BI and Excel and a proven track record in reporting skills. You’ll report to the team lead from the expertise team within People Services.
As a reporting specialist you will:

Solve ad hoc reporting request to support to business with HR related insights (Trough ServiceNow, Workday, or other related data sources.

Drive standardization, simplification, and automation within our team (and other stakeholders) that increase the efficiency and sustainability of HR processes & insights, through analysis of data and statistics to identify trends and patterns.

Analyzes ad-hoc or non-standard report requirement, defines data gathering method, and provides means to generate and deliver automated reports.

Trains People operations on report generation

Safeguards and continuously updates own knowledge & skills in own domain and updates knowledge database (handbook, instructions etc.).

Actively identifies customer centric improvements and participates in improvement projects.

Aligns with the relevant expertise teams to build knowledge and escalates cases to expertise groups where guidance and deeper clarification of processes or exceptions are required.

Support on the definition of the reporting/analytics strategy and tooling for People Service
Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, HR affinity is a big pré
-
Minimal 3 years of relevant experience and Applied knowledge within own domain (Data analytics, Excel wizard)

Data reporting, project management and analytics skills; ability to create insights from data analysis and create by problems a 4c or kaizen (Lean)

The ability to make a good judgement call, integrating inputs and needs from several sources.

Works independently and is able to adapt to changing goals, circumstances & people for your own role.

Handles sensitive information regarding the organization and its employees with integrity.

Communicates clearly, concisely and directly to peers and customers, listens actively, shows empathy to others, strives to achieve a shared understanding of own tasks, issues and goals.
