HR Publishing Note

Remote / flexible; global delivery model with potential on-site requirements as needed

ITGoals is seeking a detail-oriented HR Publishing Note to craft, validate, and socialize technical and role-based job descriptions for our public postings. This role ensures alignment with client requirements (when disclosed), internal standards, and marketplace competitiveness while maintaining a neutral, client-agnostic tone unless leadership approves disclosure. The HR Publishing Note will coordinate with engineering leads, solution architects, data teams, and client-facing recruiters to translate complex technical profiles into clear, compelling, and compliant job descriptions suitable for public postings.

• Translate and preserve technical requirements from updated Full Stack / workflow / integration / QA job descriptions, ensuring consistency across publishing materials.

• Preserve Temenos T24 / IRIS requirements for Core IRIS / T24 Developer roles, including 5+ years experience and named T24 modules / technologies as applicable.

• Preserve and expand architecture requirements for Solution Architect roles (IBM API Connect, Spring Boot microservices, Camunda 8, OAuth 2.0, OpenShift, enterprise-architecture expectations).

• Convert Data Engineer, AI Developer, and Java Developer profiles into publish-ready enterprise role definitions, validating mandatory client-specific technology, seniority, certification, or experience requirements with stakeholders before publication.

• Validate mandatory frameworks / platforms for Data, AI, and Java roles before converting preferred technologies into hard requirements.

• Ensure job descriptions reflect client-neutral wording unless business leadership approves disclosure of the end client.

• Align job descriptions with internal compensation models, joining targets, contract models, and any onsite requirements.

• Produce compelling, readable postings that emphasize responsibilities, required qualifications, success criteria, and ITGoals value proposition.

• Maintain consistency with ITGoals branding, tone, and structure across all postings.

• Collaborate with recruiters and legal/compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.

• Strong experience in technical writing and HR publishing for technology roles in enterprise delivery contexts.

• Familiarity with Full Stack / workflow / integration / QA role families and their typical criteria.

• Understanding of Temenos T24 / IRIS (for Core IRIS / T24 Developer) and named modules / technologies.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture components (IBM API Connect, Spring Boot, Camunda 8, OAuth 2.0, OpenShift) and delivery ecosystems.

• Ability to validate and convert client-validated requirements into public-ready descriptions while maintaining neutrality where appropriate.

• Excellent collaboration skills to engage with architects, developers, QA, data teams, and recruiters.

• Strong attention to detail, compliance awareness, and ability to meet publishing timelines.
