About this PositionThe Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of HR projects, processes, and events in partnership with the HR leadership team. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in HR to design and execute both strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure effective planning, implementation, and successful outcomes.In addition to project leadership, this role provides support to Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) by advising leaders on talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. The position plays an important role in supporting HR strategies to align with business objectives in driving organizational success.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office. The salary range for this role is 85-95kResponsibilities & Qualifications
Project Management
- Collaborate with HR leadership team, business leaders, and external resources to plan, develop, design, and execute HR projects and programs. Create, track, and manage the project's timelines and deliverables. Implement mechanisms for monitoring and reporting progress to management and project stakeholders.
- Lead and schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes and critical decisions, and track action items. Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
- Provide project analysis, including business case, ROI, and post-project review.
- Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) project risks and issues.
- Endorse change, sponsor new initiatives and research best practices for successful adoption.
- Investigate project opportunities and develop business cases to support management decisions on program strategy.
- Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives.
Human Resources Support
- Evaluate and report on organization metrics and share updates with key stakeholders. Develop and analyze metrics for project proposals or enhancements and solutions and define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and quality of HR services.
- Evaluate and present recommendations for HR process improvements that align with business objectives.
- Research and identify trends in HR and stay current on HR policies and procedures.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness
- Support talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts
- Partner on employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Contribute to leadership development programs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience work experience.
- 3 - 5 years previous work experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Generalist, or similar roles in Human Resources.
- Must have a sense of curiosity, urgency, and be results orientation with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness;
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and navigate complexity
- Strategic thought partner with knowledge of HR best practices and trends
- Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Demonstrates high level of confidentiality , professionalism and sound judgement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership within the organization in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects.
- HR Certification preferred.
