As a HR Project Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes.
You will report directly to our Director HR Project Management and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.

As an HR Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices including HR M&A integrations project delivery
Responsibilities- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle promoting continuous improvement at every stage.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Support Due Diligence and Integration/Separation planning, providing cost estimates, HR Services impact assessments, and partnering closely with HR leadership.
- Coordinate HR Services execution, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee data across HR systems and seamless transitions all HR functions including payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
- Partner with Total Rewards COE and external parties to ensure seamless integration for Acquisitions and separation for Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures & Divestitures
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
