Position: HR & Personal Assistant

        Duties and Responsibilities

        • Source, screen, and hire top-tier freelancers and full-time staff for marketing, design, customer service, and operations
        • Create and manage job descriptions, recruitment pipelines, and onboarding processes
        • Oversee staff performance tracking, HR documentation, and compliance management
        • Support with HR policy implementation and staff scheduling
        • Assist the CEO with bookkeeping, P&L summaries, scheduling, and communication follow-ups
        • Manage daily task tracking, internal communications, and project deadlines
        • Prepare meeting summaries, reports, and data insights when required
        • Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information
        • Basic understanding of Shopify backend (orders, product listings, fulfillment tracking, refunds, etc.)
        • Assist with order monitoring, product uploads, and coordination with suppliers or fulfillment partners
        • Support with admin tasks linked to Shopify operations such as reviewing product listings, tags, and stock availability
        • Help coordinate between customer support, marketing, and operations teams to ensure workflow alignment
        • Perform light creative work using Canva (HR announcements, internal templates, etc.)
        • Keep files organized across Google Drive, Slack, and task management tools
        • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support smooth business operations

          As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

          • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
          • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
          • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
