We’re on the hunt for a HR & Payroll Intern who’s curious, hands-on, and ready to make an impact from day one. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Payroll, providing a comprehensive view of how HR operations and payroll processes work together in a dynamic organisation.
What you’ll be doing?
HR:
- Support daily HR administration and employee journey (contracts, onboarding, employee records).
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintain HR databases and assist with reporting.
Payroll:
- Assist the payroll team with monthly payroll processing and data entry.
- Support in maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
- Help verify employee information, deductions, and benefits.
- Learn about payroll compliance, tax, and social contributions.
Requirements
What we look for:
- High level of Slovak and English, both in speaking and writing.
- Student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in both HR and payroll processes.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and comply with deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
