Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience
in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in HR outsourcing
or HR services.
- Strong
understanding of HR outsourcing services (e.g., recruitment, payroll, training,
compliance).
- Proven
track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Positive
attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and
organizational ability
- Strong
decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience
with CRM software and sales management tools.
