As we are recruiting for multiple projects, depending on the role, you may work a standard schedule (09:00 - 18:00) or shifts, in a hybrid setup or fully from the office in Bucharest or Brasov.

Please note that, depending on the specifics of the project, the start date may be scheduled further in the future (for example, February 2026).

How you'll make an impact:

HR Admin

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈hires, terminations, personal and job data changes, or leave of absence;

  • Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;

  • Act as the first point of contact for the employees HR related requests via chat, e-mail, or phone and manage them in the ticketing system;

  • Collect, verify, organize, compile, or update electronically company personnel records and documentation;

  • Manage employee benefits enrollment;

  • Provide input for payroll;

  • Create HR documents such as reference letters;

  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities;

  • Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;

  • Conduct data validation or execute controls and address findings;

  • Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.

HR Onboarding

  • Develop and drive uptake of leading recruitment practices, innovative sourcing and channel management activities, targeted selection approaches, as well as effective hiring and onboarding techniques;

  • Enable the recruitment process and ensure the lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times while optimizing the time to hire and cost;

  • Work with the Resource Leads to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts;

  • Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies;

  • Act as the expert for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions;

  • Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives;

  • Work with the Marketing and Communications team on external branding.

HR Associate

  • Solving situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;

  • Offering information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters;

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;

  • Processing transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems;

  • Developing good client relationships and raising in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction.

Skills that make your work successful:

  • Proficient in Hungarian and English (B2–C1);

  • Experience in the HR field, Customer Service, or any other area;

  • Good Client handling skills; 

  • Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;  

  • Proactive, positive attitude and approach; 

  • Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
