Recruiting Analyst with Hebrew (Start Date Spring 2026)

By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid setup from our office location from Bucharest or Brasov and fully remote if you are living in any other city from Romania.

We are looking for someone who can join the team in Spring 2026.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities;

• Assist in drafting and posting job openings across different channels;

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications;

• Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers;

• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience;

• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation;

• Collaborate with team members on hiring priorities and open roles;

• Contribute to recruitment reports and general administrative tasks.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good knowledge of Hebrew and English, B2 level;

• Previous experience in HR , Administration and Recruiting is nice to have. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience may be required for some roles;

• Negotiation skills;

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;

• Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;

• Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
