Drive data-driven HR decision-making by analyzing workforce data, managing HR systems (Workday), and supporting HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Analytics & Reporting (Primary Focus)
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring effectiveness)
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or any
- Perform workforce analytics and predictive analysis (e.g., attrition trends)
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders
- HRIS & Data Management
- Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance (SOX, ISO)
- Extract, integrate, and validate HR data across systems
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams to resolve system issues and improve processes
- HR Operations Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and documentation
- Maintain employee records (personal data, benefits, provident fund, insurance)
- Monitor probation confirmations and support payroll data preparation
- Maintain HR handbook, workflows, and support HR projects
Experience/Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant HR work experience. Good knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with data entry into HR database required.
- Excellent MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate in English both of written and spoken
- Professional, with discretion and diplomacy, and capable of handling sensitive data and confidential information.
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent planning, time management, communication, organization, follow up, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced environment
