Drive data-driven HR decision-making by analyzing workforce data, managing HR systems (Workday), and supporting HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Analytics & Reporting (Primary Focus)
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring effectiveness)
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or any
  • Perform workforce analytics and predictive analysis (e.g., attrition trends)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders
  • HRIS & Data Management
  • Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance (SOX, ISO)
  • Extract, integrate, and validate HR data across systems
  • Collaborate with global HRIS teams to resolve system issues and improve processes
  • HR Operations Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and documentation
  • Maintain employee records (personal data, benefits, provident fund, insurance)
  • Monitor probation confirmations and support payroll data preparation
  • Maintain HR handbook, workflows, and support HR projects

Experience/Skills:

  • 2-4 years of relevant HR work experience.  Good knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures
  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience required. 
  • Experience with data entry into HR database required. 
  • Excellent MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to communicate in English both of written and spoken
  • Professional, with discretion and diplomacy, and capable of handling sensitive data and confidential information. 
  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team. 
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, organization, follow up, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced environment
