We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands-on HR Operations professional to join our HR team.
This role is ideal for someone who can take a vision or idea and turn it into a well-executed event, action, or internal project, with strong ownership, creativity, and attention to detail. . You will support smooth day-to-day HR operations, coordinate internal events, work with suppliers, and use AI tools to improve planning, communication, organization, and execution.
What you’ll do:
- Own the planning and execution of internal events, including team buildings, Happy Hours, celebrations, workshops, company gatherings, and other employee initiatives, from idea to completion.
- Manage the company’s participation in job fairs, university events, conferences, and employer-branding activities, ensuring a polished and professional company presence.
- Manage all event logistics, including venues, transportation, catering, accommodation, equipment, materials, schedules, suppliers, and participant communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team, managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create engaging and well-organized employee experiences.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and company-culture initiatives with creative ideas and strong execution.
- Provide operational and administrative support for ongoing HR processes, while looking for smarter and more efficient ways to improve daily work.
- Maintain accurate documentation, calendars, participant lists, invoices, supplier details, budgets, and event records.
- Be present during events to ensure everything runs smoothly, handle last-minute changes, and stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Use AI tools to support planning, communication, content creation, organization, vendor research, and process improvement
- Think outside the box and proactively suggest improvements, new ideas, and better ways to execute events and HR initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in event coordination, HR operations, marketing, office/event management, or a similar hands-on coordination role.
- Strong planning, organization, time-management, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership from idea to flawless execution. .
- Ability to manage several activities simultaneously, including tight timelines, changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Confidence working with vendors, suppliers, and different stakeholders, including negotiation, follow-up, and quality control.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Flexibility to occasionally support events outside regular working hours.
- AI-oriented mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and execution quality.
