Our client, for the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to Join to the Brazil, São Paulo Team. The principal responsability is to Support the team in the HR area.

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Actively support in payroll activities by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Update internal databases (e.g. sick records or maternity leave etc.)
- Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, employment verifications, new hire guides etc.)
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners (e.g insurance vendors) and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees’ queries about HR related issues
- Process employees’ benefits and procedures (e.g. expense forms)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. events, blood donation days etc.)
- Help organize and manage onboarding process
- 3 - 5 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist or relevant role will be considered an asset
- Previous experience and active involvement in Payroll activities
- MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
