About the Opportunity:
The position will provide operational support in the function under HR Operations for staffing-related transnational support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR in all functions to drive execution. This role will also assist in the daily management and distribution of work arrangements to maximize operational efficiency.This is a full-time role located in Taipei and reports to the HROPs Lead or Head of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding for Taiwan employees, including but not limited to pre-onboarding preparation, orientation, and maintaining P-files on HRIS.
  • Manage Taiwan offboarding processes, including notices, employee inquiries, and completing BHR tasks.
  • Apply, renew, and manage work permits and ARC for TW foreign employees.
  • Handle group insurance renewals, enrollment, and claims for Taiwan staff.
  • Serve as the main contact for TW employees' benefit inquiries and updates
  • Support the management of payroll for TW employees.
  • Address day-to-day employee requests and assist in HR projects and activities as needed.

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in process management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Medium written and verbal communication skills in English.
