RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Architecture Management
Own and maintain the job architecture framework (job families, levels, titles); ensure consistent application across functions and alignment with organizational structure and compensation approach. Maintain reference files and dictionaries - Job Profiles Governance & Validation
Lead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring correct scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards. Prevent duplication, misclassification, or uncontrolled title creation; challenge inconsistencies when required - System Alignment & Change Support
Ensure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers.
Support system-related changes, including implementation activities, updates to job architecture data, and validation of system configurations after changes. Coordinate updates to reference data and ensure consistency between systems - Documentation, Audit & Quality Control
Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture. Ensure traceability of decisions and approvals, and support internal/external audits related to job profile governance
