- This position will support Korea, Japan cluster and work in People (Employee) Services.
- Acts as the first point of contact for employees for a specific part or all general HR topics, ensures accurate and effective follow-up on cases to deliver the best employee experience.
- Provides self-service support, supporting all other HR administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving.
- Acts as the liaison between “People (Employee) Services” and Expertise departments by executing operational activities.
- Participates in projects and making sure new (labor conditions) policies and processes are implemented smoothly within “People (Employee) Services” with continuous improvement focus and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Handles transactions from system (Employee inquiries/requests) for first contact, registration, escalating and resolving in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and end-to-end way of working in daily operation.
- Handles all transactions, operational tasks and quality checks, deals with implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues.
- Resolve operational issues and collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place.
- Identifies and implements data driven improvements in collaboration with other colleagues to minimize waste time, increase efficiency and improve quality & employee satisfaction.
- Participates in projects, representing the team.
- Responsible for own KPI delivery, performs deep dives and takes action if KPI is off-track. Report out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc HR process and operations with the support of Operations Manager
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1~ 2 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field. (*Workday system experience is preferred)
- Experience relevant to local HR processes or systems and policies.
Personal Skills
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English.
- Proficient in systems and process manual.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
- Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with team and diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
*Contract: 1year contract (backfill of maternity leave)
