Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR service desk by answering HR phone calls, responding to employee emails, and assisting with HR tickets
- Provide basic support to employees and managers by answering routine HR questions and directing more complex inquiries to the appropriate HR team member
- Assist with basic Workday processes, including basic employee data updates, approvals, task follow-up, and transaction support
- Help monitor Workday inbox items, employee tasks, and process status to support timely completion of HR transactions
- Support onboarding activities, including first-day paperwork, new hire communications, and employee record updates
- Maintain HR Operations documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and process guides
- Assist with HR data audits, file maintenance, and routine compliance tracking under the direction of HR Operations team members
- Assist with preparing routine reports for managers and HR Partners.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, documenting current steps, and supporting simple process updates
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership, or a related field.
- Interest in human resources, employee service delivery, HR systems, compliance, or process improvement.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow documented processes, ask questions, and escalate when additional guidance is needed.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior internship, office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with employees by phone and providing clear, professional support.
- Workday or HR system experience is helpful but not required.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
