Mishimoto's corporate headquarters is located in an 67,610 sq. ft. office, warehousing facility and state of the art engineering studio, where we have assembled the industry's cutting-edge tools for evaluating Mishimoto test vehicles in Garnet Valley, PA. This one-of-a-kind facility allows us to maintain a leading position in our industry. The HR Operations Coordinator will support HR and general office operations and keep our office running like clockwork. You’ll keep our employee records organized, make sure payroll is processed accurately and on time, and create a warm and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. This role requires full time in office presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain employee records, create documentation and process changes related to hiring, promotions, compensation changes, benefit elections and terminations.
- Assist with the recruiting process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding tasks.
- Process bi-weekly and off cycle pay runs.
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoices.
- Post news and other content to the company intranet.
- Send employee reminders of company policies and respond to employee inquiries.
- You’ll provide support to the Activities (aka Fun!) Committee and have an active role in organizing the activities that create an exceptional workplace environment for Team Mishi.
- Oversee the kitchen, vending and breakroom areas keeping them well maintained and supplied.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Creds:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field. Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Proficiency in Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, using basic formulas, formatting and organizing data.
Extra Credit:
- Prior experience in an HR support role
- Experience with payroll or HRIS systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification
You are Good At:
- You are precise and excel at flawless execution. You double and triple check that the details.
- You can easily learn, utilize and optimize HRIS, ATS and other applications in the HR tech stack.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment, with typical Mon-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm office schedule. Occasional early arrival for event setup or evening or weekend availability for team outings or events may be required.
- Occasional lifting including restocking supplies and interoffice deliveries.
- This role has day-to-day on-site tasks and requires in office presence 5 days a week.
